1. Returns & Replacements

- Clear photos of the product
- Images of original packaging
Return Pickup Method:
Return pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner where service is available. In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product as instructed by our support team.
2. Refund Eligibility

- Replacement is not available
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Refund Not Allowed When:
- Customer changes their mind after purchase
- COD order is refused at the time of delivery
- Return request is made after the allowed time window
3. COD Advance Policy
COD Advance Amount:

Advance payment is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Conditions When Advance Becomes Non-Refundable:
